3223 Creek Rd, Plano, IL 60545.  Woody’s Orchard is over 140 acres located at the corner of Frazier and Creek Rd in Plano.  The customer entrance is located on Creek Rd, just East of Frazier Rd.

Strawberry Fest:

Strawberry Fest is 2 weekends only in May.

Do you have a general Admission to the farm?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Click on "Buy Tickets" for pricing & dates.  There is no charge to enter the Apple Barn and shop the store or bakery.  All treats/drink options (excepting alcohol) are available inside except Lunch offerings which are only available outside in the farm for passholders.

Can I leave the Play Yard and re-enter the same day without paying twice?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Wristbands are provided upon payment that can be used to re-enter.  A different color of wristband is used each day.

Question 6

Will you be open if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Yes depending on the severity.  Our web site has a weather pop up that will alert you in the event of a closure due to weather.  You can also check our Facebook page or give us a call at 630-247-9300.

What does it cost to pick apples in the orchard?

Accepted Answer

Apples are available starting in August. Apple bags must be purchased onsite at the orchard. Passholders may purchase a quarter peck bag for an additional $10 at the Apple Stand.  If you have not purchased a pass to visit the farm and only want to pick apples, you may purchase a 1/4 peck apple bag at the gate.  Each guest over age 5 must purchase a bag for $14.99.  Age 5 & under may accompany without a purchase, but will not receive a bag to pick.

Does Woody’s Orchard sell apples and pumpkins in the store as well as U-pick?

Yes, as they are ripe and available. Supplies may be limited in store depending on the apple variety.  Admission is required to pick in the pumpkin patch.  If you do not see the pumpkin(s) you would like in store, ask an associate for assistance and they may be able to bring some in from outside.

How much is a quarter peck of apples?  How much is a half peck of apples?

A quarter peck is 2.5 – 3 lbs of apples & a half peck is 5 – 6 lbs of apples.

Is the farm handicap accessible?

Accepted Answer

Our bakery and store is handicap accessible, but our farm is mostly grass.  The wagon ride is not wheelchair accessible.

What should I wear to Woody’s Orchard?

For safety reasons, everyone should wear closed-toed shoes such as tennis shoes.  It is recommended that you and your children wear socks so that you can have your feet covered while on the Jump Pad.

Can I bring my pet to the farm?

Accepted Answer

For the comfort and safety of everyone, we do not allow pets on the farm.  Service animals are allowed with identification.

Can I bring a picnic to the farm?

We do not allow any outside food on the farm.
